Brooke’s vision for Sunbird Coffee began while managing a farmer’s market booth in her college town of Athens, GA. Connecting with the farmers, locals, and visitors at weekend markets was something she always enjoyed and she began to dream of one day starting a mobile business of her own. She is dedicated to promoting more sustainable and regenerative practices in coffee production as well as supporting the shift away from an extractive agricultural industry.

Pre-Ceremony Bubbly, Bridesmaid/Groomsmen service, rehearsal dinner, full reception service, we do it all! I had worked in the food & beverage industry for 14 years, including multi-unit restaurant management. I entered the corporate world and within two years I missed bartending so badly! In 2019 I decided to buy a rusty 1977 horse trailer that would soon become Luna. I’m a natural entrepreneur and thrive off of making customers and guests happy! I studied Organization Management which has allowed me to strengthen my skills as an event planner and business owner.

While we cannot provide alcohol, we can provide you with the opportunity to relax during the planning process while we facilitate shopping lists so you don't order too much or not enough & help to create your bar menu.
