As a young girl, she witnessed her mother spend countless hours baking for coworkers, neighbors, family, and friends. Six years later, as a full-time professor, Anedra makes time to create beautiful and tasty confectionary goods for her growing clientele. Anedra bakes and creates with the heart of mother in mind. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

I have always loved baking ever since I was little. I even wanted to travel the world and get a bachelor's in science of pastry. While I was doing that I ended up starting my own company here by Winter Park Florida in September of 2021. I decided to take a leap one week and put everything I had into starting up my own cookie business. Since then I've had a whole neighborhood behind me, my friends have been behind me, my family been behind me. I've been featured in multiple magazines as Orlando's up-and-coming number one custom bakery for cookies and cakes.
