Hello! I'm Amber, stay-at-home mom of two and self-taught home baker/cake artist. After years of creating custom cakes for family and friends, (and now that my kids are getting a bit older) I have decided to branch out and share my love of baking/creating with this community!

Girly Pop KC East is a mobile specialty drink bar serving Kansas City and surrounding areas. We bring a fun, elevated beverage experience to weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties with custom dirty sodas, handcrafted mocktails, and personalized signature drinks. From glam bar setups to custom menus designed around your love story, we focus on creating memorable moments your guests will talk about long after the last sip. Our goal is to add something unique, interactive, and unforgettable to your celebration.

Everything from my bakery is made from scratch and made to order. I am a full butter cream bakery so not only will your cake be beautiful but it will taste delicious too. My main goal is to create a cake of dreams while giving your guest a great tasting dessert too.
