Relying on skills honed in over 20 years of management, hospitality and special event services, Reilly set out to create a fusion of fresh and interesting foods with artistic and engaging displays. Jam Rohr is the owner of Radish Kitchen as well as Black Dog Metal Arts in Peoria, IL. She is a sculptor and a chef, who's goal is to make vegan eating approachable, accessible, and available to the Heart of Illinois
