What started as a hobby, putting edits together of dates or events at our church, we’ve always enjoyed the process of film making. After, a close friend of ours asked us to film her wedding, we opened the doors to our business and have enjoyed every step that has followed. We have come a long way since our first edits, and each have a wide range of skills that compliment each other's. We love to get to know each couple we work with and be witness to all the breathtaking stories that brought them together on their day!

I have spent years in hospitality, fine dining, IT support, you name it. And the most important through-line in my work has been relationships. Relationships you make with people are sometimes more important than the job you do, not to dismiss the job as something to be sloppy with, but to say there is only so far that accomplishing the job can make a person feel seen and heard and special. And I feel there is no more important nod to that philosophy than weddings, where sure you can just make a wedding film and it will look good, but to truly get this once in a lifetime event and art project something TRULY special!

After some time and a BIG push Project 8 was finally created. Project 8 was named after the town Mark was born in the Philippines.
