Ironclad Brewery is located in an historic building dating back to 1925 in Downtown Wilmington. The building was completely renovated in 2014, but we've maintained much of the character and integrity of the original building. Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'. The location for High Wire Distilling is as unique as the spirits—a rustic 23,000-square-foot warehouse located on Huger Street. Spacious with a vintage industrial feel, the Production Area features a 22ft high, barreled ceiling and a beautiful, hand-hammered, copper still as a focal point. High Wire’s Tasting Room boasts industrial features with a large viewing window into the production area. Visitors may also receive a sensory education about the distilling process, ingredients, and formula creation.
