Now, the duo at Cracked Pepper Catering are excited to finally announce the opening of their newest venture in dining and service! Open to the public, with easy and nearby parking on site, PepperTheo Cafe is located on the Lancaster Theological Seminary grounds in a devastatingly unique space known as the refectory.

This space is unique in that it is completed with Italian Renaissance, beaux-arts and Greek Classical architectural types by the well-known architect C. Emlen Urban in 1905. The building itself was originally an all-girls school, causing great controversy for its exquisiteness and updated technologies. The Forum Ballroom at over 2,500 square feet out ballroom can accommodate up to 120 guests in a wedding dinner setup or 200 guests for your wedding ceremony. Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Tourists flocked to the Gap to escape the summer heat and enjoy the beauty of the Delaware River.
