“While I am sure Chef Adam can make great meat dishes, we did a vegan/GF wedding meal because we wanted everyone to be able to enjoy a full meal. Everyone still RAVED about the food. Adam gave us really exciting options before our tasting. We picked ratatouille, vegan cream cheese grits, and root veggies. We added focaccia for those who could eat gluten. We did vegetarian passed apps - highly recommend Adam's red bean hummus and devilled eggs.”

“I worked with Monique to cater my mylanchi which is a south Indian pre-wedding event. She was so easy to work with and helped me plan my menu based on what we wanted exactly for the event. I didn't get a chance to try the food beforehand but everything was delicious. I remember distinctly the lamb chops and the pasta being delicious! We got this savory pie that was a hit as well. We worked with Monique to have catering and bar staff as well and literally everything was perfect. Monique worked well with my dad as he had some questions here and there and it was literally a perfect event. The staff was incredible and everyone was just so sweet. I love working with people like this and am planning another event with them in 2021.”

“For our wedding we tried to stay away from the whole "wedding industrial complex" and work with real people, who provide real services to normal people. Boucherie, is first and foremost a great restaurant. We did a full restaurant buy out for our rehearsal dinner, and people from NY, Cali, Chalmette and New Orleans were all thoroughly impressed. The same was true of the food the night of the wedding. They crushed it. Sara, was an absolute joy to work with. She's a straight shooter which is I appreciated. Additionally, she went out of her way to make it special, to work with us, and to improve upon what we asked for. Her team the day of was great. Pro Tip: Charcuterie Board was a show stopper!”

“I would highly recommend Nole' Events and Mirepoix Catering. Racheal Apken handled every detail beautifully from ordering the cake, cookies, and flowers. The food was delicious and plentiful from the passed Hor Devous to all 4 live food stations, and all the chefs and workers took special precautions for my son's food allergies. The venue was perfect, a beautiful place to have a cocktail party or wedding. Racheal handled all the details to make the party extra special for a beautiful couple. Being the host, all I had to do was show up, greet the guest, and have a great time.”
