The Fizzy Bee is a mobile bar and bartending service. Our flagship bar is our Piaggio Ape tap truck which features four draft selections. We also rent other stand-alone bars, Frose and Frozen drink machines, heaters, and oversized lawn games. Our services and drink selections can be customizable and can accommodate micro weddings to large events.

I studied applied flute with a vocal minor at the New England Conservatory of Music Boston Massachusetts on a full scholarship where I studied with James Pappoutsaki of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Also studied with Francis Blaisdell, principal flutist with the New York Metropolitan Opera orchestra at the Manhattan School of Music in NY. I began my journey as a flutist at age ten and by fifteen I was studying with world class flutist and conductor Claude Monteux. At 17 I toured with the NY State Symphony. Other fine flutists of the Golden Age with whom I studied include Jim Walker and Julius Baker.

After a decade as a pastry chef in NYC, Taylor traded flour for flowers. She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process.
