Square Mile Events was founded on the premise that cookie cutters should be reserved for baking – not events! We create events based on each client’s personal planning needs. We strive to make the client’s vision a reality, while at the same time shouldering the details and interfacing with carefully selected vendors.

Our founder Jo Reitz has a Master of Tourism Administration degree from George Washington University and over fourteen years of event industry experience including non-profit events, corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and, of course, weddings. We guarantee that your event will be a memorable, stress-free occasion, enjoyed by all who attend.

From invitations to flowers and everything in between, we've got you covered! Planning fee is subject to complexity of the event design, venue and range of services required. (Full service wedding planning $5,000 - $10,000*)

For the creative pinterest bride who has a clear vision of her wedding but needs a little extra help with budget, guest list and vendor management.

For the type "A" do-it-all bride or groom who wants to pass the baton with event details and enjoy spending time with friends and family on his or her big day.
