Nestled amongst thirty tranquil acres of our lush wooded private property, The Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished micro-wedding or elopement. We are just four miles east of downtown Redmond and fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle. Within the forest is the Emerald Forest Theater, built-in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. The forest of hemlocks, cedars, and fir trees within a gorgeous carpet of green moss is truly one of the most beautiful forests in the world (or so we have been told dozens of times!).

Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

Located in the SoDo district of downtown Seattle, the 13,000-square-foot space boasts 40-foot ceilings, exposed original wood beams and open space. A large Tasting Room and Bar serve as the main area for entertaining guests, while the attached Cask Room allows for a beautiful backdrop at your gathering. 2 Beautiful Venues: Wayfarer can accommodate 100 guests and includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, chairs, and tents.  The venue has a garden party feel with an orchard which makes an incredible natural canopy of trees for our long farm tables to go under for the reception. Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for an additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests.
