I went back and forth between working in graphic design to cooking and baking. I started working in the bakery at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center as a part-time line cook in 2013 and in 2015 a became their in-house cake designer. In 2019 I decided to leave my position at the hotel and opened Sugar Flower Cake Design.
