The Bottle Factory Venue is a 10,000 Sq. Ft. event rental facility nestled in the historic district of Monroe, North Carolina. We are a Charlotte’s newest and finest country venue for parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, conferences, and meetings. At Dixie Dreams there is over 100 acres of land with 3/4 mile river frontage. The wooded trails and outdoor scenery makes a wonderful place for reflection, privacy and pictures. Our Venue consists of a large, room that can hold up to 200 guests with a Rockwall fireplace,and media equipment.The commercial quality kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and large ice-maker.
