My name is Lauren McCarthy. My parents, photographers Wendy & Charlie McCarthy began Weefan Photography in 2001. At 11, I started watching them photograph events and weddings, and the first wedding I photographed, just as I remember my first day of school. For the past fourteen years, I have mastered each and every job related to the wedding photography business. After graduating from Siena college in 2019, I was invited by my parents to manage our family's business of professional photography, and assume the duties of managing our New York Office. ​

The bistro was an amazing success of 32 years on the upper east side of Manhattan and unfortunately closed due to high rent. Chef Aless uses only locally sourced food, organic when possible, and never uses meat with antibiotics or hormones added. Daniel Colonel loves telling stories through dessert. As a child, he was fascinated with food and always interested how it was made. He took his love for food, and sweet tooth to the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated in Baking and Pastry Management. Daniel's favorite part of the process is connecting with the couple and getting to know their love story.
