We absolutely loved everything about our experience at Skyview. From the moment we toured the venue, our breath was taken away with the majestic scenic views of the Appalachia. Our decision was further cemented when we learned everything that was included in their wedding package, an incredible value that beat all of the other venues we visited by a significant margin. We don't want to ruin it for anyone, but honestly they could double their rates and it'd still be worth it. The support from the staff at Skyview (specifically Jenn, Hildegaard, and Ivan) both during the planning process and on the day of our wedding was prompt, thoughtful, and comprehensive. We have never gotten married before but we can't imagine working with a more professional staff that made our planning unbelievably seamless and stress-free. Our guests echoed our sentiment with rave feedback about the picturesque scenery, the epic food, the beautiful cocktail hour space, and the stunning and classy reception room. Skyview is a hidden gem that I hope gets all the recognition they deserve!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about our wedding at the Stone House in early December 2024. It was the perfect location for our winter wedding and the Grand Ballroom had the cozy & elegant vibe that we were going for. We had the BEST experience working with Nicole during the planning process. She was so professional, responsive, and truly went above & beyond for us. Nicole really knew her stuff so it was easy to trust her and rely on her expertise! Our guests are still raving about the food (which is rare for weddings) and they have shared many times that the staff at Stone House were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. We also loved working with our bridal attendant (Amalia) and Maitre D (Frank). They really made the evening so fun & successful. The venue was stunning and it really was the wedding of our dreams.

My mom found this venue and we checked it out and fell in love with the rustic, cozy vibes! We knew we wanted to have our wedding ceremony and reception here. Where do I even begin? From the first moment we drove up to those gates we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. When you walk into those doors it just feels like you're in a majestic place, you will literally get the chills. From the stairs, to the chapel to even the bridal suite. (Oh ladies, you'll fall in love with that bridal suite) Oh and the groomsmen suite just perfect. When we left I told my husband this was it. This is where we were meant to get married. By the way, we booked the Park Chateau in May 2017 and got married in November 2019. We knew we made the right choice just by hearing how great their sister venues were and boy were we right. From the very beginning the staff have been so welcoming and attentive. Liz was always there to answer any of our questions and answer all of our emails. Fast forward, November 2019, our wedding day. The whole day was just perfect. Words can't even express how thankful we are for everyone at the Park Chateau. From Liz, to Devin, Austin who was the greatest Maitre'd. We had 2 ring bearers and a flower girl and let me tell you Austin was amazing with them. Also thank you to our bridal and groom attendants, Francisco, Joann, Aleida and especially Mikey. We met Mikey the day of our tasting and we instantly fell in love with her. She has that personality that makes you feel no stress and we were right. Thanks to her and the rest of the team my husband and I didn't have to stress about anything the day of our wedding. From having champagne ready for us, to fixing my dress before walking down the chapel, to even having a cold towel when I felt hot after dancing too much on the dance floor, they were always there one step ahead. Our guests are still talking about how great the food and service was. So thank you, to everyone at the Park Chateau for making our dream wedding a reality. Now for the rest of you, if you're thinking of where to have your wedding, this is it. You will never regret it.

If you’re looking for a stress free wedding, look no further. I can rave about our wedding forever, our event planner Alessandra Moss helped us every step of the way. Our guests enjoyed the heavenly cocktail hour and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Day of coordinator Jennifer was attentive and took care of all my bridal needs. We highly recommend booking Nicotras Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding venue, we had a lot of guests traveling and it was easy for our guests to stay in the hotel. We shared our first look on the beautiful property, there are endless options for photo ops. We were able to take many photos and video inside and outside the venue. The ceremony took place outside on the Gazebo, it was absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect. Alessandra met with us regularly in person and was easily accessible via email. She walked us through the wedding planning and guided us on the next steps of the process. It was a great relief that the venue took care of a lot of the details, and we used one of their vendors Red Carpet Events for decor/flowers and they were fantastic.

Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

There were quite a bit of rules and miscommunications along the way. This made the experience, especially during the end of the engagement season and the actual wedding day a bit dramatic and exhausting. However, this could be avoided if every single detail is ironed out from the very beginning and you are giving consistent reminders of what you're anticipating your day to be like. Overall, the venue is gorgeous and every single area of it is grounds for awesome photo-ops. On a gorgeous day, you will absolutely not regret choosing this location. Not only is it super affordable, but they also give you the freedom to pick your other vendors to create your ideal wedding (as almost everything else is kind of "a la carte"). A bonus is that you get the whole grounds on your wedding day, so that's exciting for you and your guests!

We had our wedding roomblock at the Bridgewater Marriott and were thrilled with our experience. Their communication was consistently responsive and flexible as we made changes to details in the weeks leading up to the big day. The venue itself is big, new and very comfortable - perfect for accommodating our large guest list. The event staff helped coordinate shuttle changes seamlessly and allowed us to provide our own welcome gifts, which was greatly appreciated. They made themselves available for questions 24/7 and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room - such a thoughtful touch! Don’t overlook the Short Hills Hilton for your wedding! It was the perfect location for our big day, offering a central gathering spot where our guests didn’t have to worry about traveling throughout the day. We explored several traditional venues, but none felt as right as this one. We had a November wedding and didn’t expect to have an outdoor ceremony, but the hotel’s lovely patio space was a wonderful option, and surprisingly, the noise from the JFK Parkway wasn’t an issue. For our indoor ceremony, the venue features a permanent enclosed tent structure. At first glance, it didn’t seem like much, but with the help of the event coordinator Vivian Cohen’s help and coordination with our florist, the space was transformed into something breathtaking. The reception space was spacious and perfect for our 170 guests—large enough for everyone to feel comfortable but not so big that it felt empty. Guests still rave about the food and service! The chef and maître d' truly deserve all the praise. The hors d’oeuvres were diverse and delicious, from sliders to a pasta bar to sushi. We chose the salmon and short ribs for dinner, which we selected during a private tasting session. The hotel grounds, filled with foliage, were perfect for photos, especially as we were lucky to have beautiful fall colors for our shoot. Victoria at the Hilton was incredibly helpful with coordinating room blocks, hotel room gift bags, and storage. Vivian was a dream to work with—she was welcoming, communicative, and made everything run smoothly. Her checklist was a lifesaver for keeping track of details, and she was hands-on with day-of coordination, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and helping with the little touches that made everything perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to help make our wedding day unforgettable!

Where do I even begin? We got married at the Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn on May 23, 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire wedding planning process was made easy thanks to everyone at the OldMill Inn and Grain House. They are very responsive, which is crucial when planning a wedding. My grandmother and grandfather had their wedding reception here back in 1957, so I knew I wanted to meet with them to discuss having my wedding there. It was the first and only venue we met with. After going on a tour and discussing the different packages with Lea, I was sold. They take care of your accommodations, catering, bar, cake, tables, chairs, etc. My wedding planning “to-do” list was cut in half! Everyone is so accommodating and they really work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly. So many guests told us how they never experienced wedding food to this level. Everything was DELICIOUS! Better yet, we actually got to eat as the bride and groom. The property itself is gorgeous. John was our Matre d’ and he was the best! He made sure we stayed on time, he ran food from the cocktail hour to me and my husband when we were taking photos, and he coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Once again I had guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he is. I also had guests reach out after to tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of our vendors were fantastic but the Old Mill Inn and Grain House really did the bulk of the work to make it an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was wonderful to stay in, everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day, everything was perfect and I really have the Old Mill Inn and the Grain House to thank for that. I would recommend the Old Mill Inn and the GrainHouse to anyone planning a wedding. It really is the ONLY choice in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had my wedding at the Madison Hotel. I can say that my wedding was the wedding I always dreamed of. From beginning to end, the staff was very professional, especially my Maitre'd Joe Zimmerman and his assistant Jose. From the day of the rehearsal till the next day of the wedding they were fantastic. We held our rehearsal dinner at Rods and the food was phenomenal. The day of the wedding, the ceremony was held in the dreamy conservatory and the reception was in the grand ballroom. The transition went seamlessly. They worked very well with all my vendors, DJ, photographer, and string quartet. I had a decorator that they let her come in to stage early and when the conservatory and ballroom were available, they let her right in. They also provided us with a bridal suite for us the get ready in the day of. The whole staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing at cocktail hour and the reception, we had no complaints! Two bars with top shelf liquor was available the whole night. At the end of the night we had a sparkler sendoff, the staff knew exactly what to do and it all worked out perfectly. We stood at the hotel both nights. The night of the rehearsal we had separate king size bedrooms and the wedding night they provide us with a complimentary honeymoon suite, which was amazing. I highly recommend the Madison Hotel.

The wedding was an absolute dream! Everything was fantastic, everyone was really great to work with. They made everything so wonderful and so easy. At no point that day did I feel stressed or worried about anything going wrong, my husband and I felt we were in good hands the entire day. For all his bristling, my dad had an amazing time and could not stop gushing about how professional and classy everyone was. Back when I booked, they told me, "Welcome to the Crystal Plaza family!" I used to think that was just a cutesy line, but after the way everyone treated us and handled that day, I get it. We felt they really did treat us like family, and it felt like everyone was not just happy to help but excited to celebrate with us, too. Due to some unforeseen global events (not the pandemic), our guest count ended up being notably below the minimum. The team worked with us to come up with a solution, and on the day of the wedding, they surprised us by upgrading the dessert: they made the whole cocktail room into huge Viennese dessert stations. Everyone was completely floored; it was like nothing anyone had ever seen before. My goal was to have a wedding no one would ever forget, and we met that goal 100%. I wish weddings were the type of event one could do multiple times because we would absolutely come back again and again.

My husband and I were thrilled with the Princeton Marriott At Forrestal for our wedding venue. Overall, their communication was great - there were a few delays early on, but as we got within 2-3 weeks of the wedding, they were on top of everything and made sure we had all the information we needed. Finding The Valley at Neshanic and booking it for our NJ December 2023 wedding truly felt like finding a hidden treasure or a diamond in the rough! We absolutely loved our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, and everything about the venue itself was perfect for our big day. The staff was generally great, and the venue itself exceeded our expectations. However, there were a couple of things that caught us off guard. First, when we went to drop off our decorations the day before the wedding, we were surprised to find large, dramatic Christmas decorations still in the foyer—something we were never informed would be there. Thankfully, the team worked with us to remove them, and by the morning of the wedding, everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Second, we were disappointed to find that the venue ran out of rum for our signature drink. We had clearly communicated that rum was a major ingredient, yet they only had two bottles for the entire night, which was nowhere near enough. It seemed like they completely forgot that rum was a key part of our signature cocktail, and it was frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy it as planned. Lastly, after the wedding, we heard some concerning stories about the way the venue manager and team interacted with our vendors, particularly our wedding planner. Apparently, voices were raised, and things got very heated, with fingers being pointed at faces. It was heartbreaking to hear this, especially because it was completely at odds with the otherwise wonderful experience we had. It felt very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the venue itself was stunning, and the event went off beautifully, but these issues were frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering how much we loved everything else. If you decide to book here, just make sure to keep a close eye on the details and be aware of how the team handles interactions with vendors.

We hosted about 100 guests for wedding welcome drinks at Carreau Club and everyone had a blast! Our guests enjoyed casual petanque play and everyone was very impressed with the unique setting and the overall atmosphere, service, and vibes. The staff were very helpful teaching guests petanque rules and gameplay. Carreau Club was very flexible and accommodating, with several different options for food/bar packages and court/venue buyouts. Dana was a dream to work with. While I hope I never get married again, if I do, I would be sure to come back to Carreau Club -- let's play petanque!

The space is fantastic and the service is great. we had a couple issues like my name was printed wrong on the menu, some food selections werent prepared the way we discussed with the coordinator, and they were setting up cocktail hour during the ceremony which created some noise. Otherwise, we were very happy and felt the venue was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The food was phenomenal, they have people eager to help you and take care of you, and the space is just breath-taking. They really throw a phenomenal wedding. Wouldn’t change it for anything!

Celebrate your next occasion on the Navesink! Our Main Dining Room has spectacular views of the Navesink River through the large, fully functioning glass garage doors. This room can accommodate roughly 50-60 guests. The Rooftop River Room is a fully enclosed rooftop that offers nearly 360-degree views of the Navesink River. Similar to the Main Dining Room it features two solid glass garage doors that open, in addition to the two sliding glass doors on the right hand wall. This room can accommodate roughly 30 guests. The Turtle Room is located on our second floor, and accommodates 20 guests. This room boasts an upscale relaxing environment coupled with the benefits of a private space. And last, we have our Starfish Room, this room allows roughly 30 guests. The Starfish and Turtle room are connected to each other with private restrooms and a small bar located at the center of the room.

I can't speak enough about how easy it was to work with everyone at 26 West. They let us tweak the menu for our rehearsal dinner, and with views of the Navesink from upstairs it was a great night. The service was spot on, and in a day and age where there is a shortage of staff, they made sure everything was taken care of. Anything that anyone else needed they were on top of.

Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!!
