“We found Lulan Studios about nine months before our wedding day. We were immediately drawn in by their professionalism and their reputation. Lulan is an inclusive photographer who was very receptive to our wedding vision. He and his team were incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful all throughout the process. We elected to go with Lulan Wang himself for our photographer who worked with an associate. After our initial consultation we were turned over to Shannon who was our go to contact for day to day clarifications and vendor contact until Lulan took over just before the wedding. Shannon was immensely resourceful and responsive. She communicated with our coordinator very efficiently and was always on top of our booking. We are very grateful to her as well for making the process so easy and for continuing that communication after the fact. On the day, Lulan and his associate were spectacular. It was clear his associate had more than enough talent for the job just like Lulan, but they divided and concurred by using two different types of cameras for different types of shots. We regret not doing an engagement session with them, but we will likely return for an Anniversary session in the future. We didn’t even need one though, because he is skilled enough that he understood us as a couple immediately. They made us feel comfortable and confident. They hyped us up and moved through the shot list masterfully. Nothing was missed and we captured far more than we expected. Please look through our attached photos as they speak for themselves. One of the most exciting moments was when Lulan handed us a little blue book filled with about fifteen physically printed preview photos DURING THE RECEPTION. A lovely surprise that absolutely shocked me. Turnover was 4-6 weeks and we got ours just before the six week mark right on schedule. We were floored. They are jaw-dropping. We ultimately got 950 photos permanently digitally available for high resolution download and access to a shop with impressive options for prints and albums of a wide array of types and sizes. I’m thrilled to show them to you here and implore you to consider booking Lulan Studios. We trusted in their ability from the beginning and we were not disappointed. They are among if not the absolute best in the business.”

He went above and beyond by scoping out the environment of each setting beforehand to familiarize himself as well as give me insight to any changes, which I loved. For example, I had a very specific place in mind for my wedding photos. He checked out the area days before and gave some pointers based off the location, such as recommended time of day to shoot. He also showed up to the location an hour before our agreed upon time and realized there was a wedding/reception taking place there and he quickly shifted gears to find a great spot nearby before I even headed his way! Nobody has that kind of initiative anymore! I was so pleased with his photos as well as his customer service that I booked him for a last minute maternity shoot later that year. “I would give Alexa more than 5 stars if I could. She began by listening to what we wanted, she asked for examples to have a clear picture. She let us experiment with ideas and in turn we let her experiment.. be open to poses and locations, you won’t regret it! Knowing what we wanted, she was able to take the lead and I had full trust in her direction of our vision. It was so important for us to do the engagement photos before the wedding because we were able to practice posing which made wedding day 20 times easier. In her top package, she provided us with a second photographer on wedding day and she made sure that photographer had the same vibe and ‘look’ of the photos. Alexa is very good with light and focus, something not all photographers can do. As an amateur photographer, I know this. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. One of Alexa’s strengths is the way she spoke to us and our group: professional, calm, focused. She never had to raise her voice even with my overly-chatty group. She was very good at keeping the pace to keep us from running behind. After the wedding Alexa pieced our wedding album together: something barely ANY photographers will do. The album is EVERYTHING. The pictures are the most important thing you will take from this day and Alexa still leaves me raving about them, I cannot thank her enough. Book her now, her work is absolutely priceless.”

“This was a long time of a review coming!!! I booked Jessie & Jason back in August 2019 for my engagement session photos. We chose the Half day session photo coverage, which includes your engagement session! I thought that was super helpful and convenient because the package the engagement session and wedding day photos are lumped into one. The engagement session was amazing! We went to the seven magic mountains and Lake las Vegas at 5 am. They did everything they could and more to make me and my fiance comfortable. We knew that our wedding day photos were going to be epic! Fast forward to Wedding day, August 2020, Jessie was very understanding and accommodating to changing my wedding date. I had to change my date due to COVID, as I am sure many Brides have had to do. The Emerics are very flexible. Do not be afraid to book as if things change, you can always reach out and they will accommodate. Wedding day comes, and oh man. It was Majestic!!!!!!!! It was a dream. I was late thanks to my Lyft and other things.....but the Emerics made sure to keep me, my bridal party, and family ON SCHEDULE. They are also Spanish speaking!! Which is what I needed for my family. They make sure to ask what is important to you as far as photos, and what shots to get. The day of, they never leave your side. I felt 100% total confidence in them that day, and trust me, I am one of those OCD brides who needed to be in control of everything!!! But with them, I let go. Overall it was amazing. I highly recommend them not just for the beautiful photos, but for the experience. It was intimate, supportive and genuinely caring.”
