With the modern farmhouse style venue and its sliding glass walls you and your guest can enjoy the same breathtaking views from within. Bringing the outdoors in! And yes, we do have a Plan B in case of rain. . .inside the venue hall where you as the bride can select to say your "I do's" in front of the fireplace or overlooking the lake! The venue has 18 tons of true commercial AC so you and your guest can enjoy the celebration even with the Texas heat!

Nestled deep within the pastoral meadows of North Texas horse country, RANCH 82 is the hidden jewel of Cooke County. It’s sprawling six acres of land is decadently spacious, a gently rustic 6,000 square-foot Venue offering room to seat 300 guests. The scenic landscape also features a 1,000 square foot covered patio and a charming pond. With shining hardwood floors glimmering gently under our elegant chandeliers, the wide-open floor plan makes our Venue the ideal setting.
