The Pictures Band was started as a family band when they were still children. Robin (guitar), and Byron (drums) started the band when they were only 10 and 11 and have been performing ever since. Nu Standard was founded by accomplished multi-instrumentalist Derrick Hicks. Lisa has performed at holiday parties for Tiffany & Co. and for the Texas Secretary of State.
