Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities.
