A private wedding venue in Morgan Hill, California, Willow Heights Mansion is a truly breathtaking location to host a wedding or event. While the classic elegance and beauty of this facility is upheld, recent renovations create the perfect modern, luxurious atmosphere. Though Willow Heights Mansion offers exclusivity of the grounds, there are four stunning event spaces in which couples may host their occasion. The guest capacity ranges from 30 to 300 people. The venue offers multiple uncovered outdoor event spaces, with scenic views of the rolling winery fields on display during wedding ceremonies. Couples can also avail of the sophisticated indoor spaces complete with crystal chandeliers, opulent mirrors, and marble fireplaces. Our couples will also have the opportunity to unwind in the decadent get-ready suites before and after the celebration.

The Highlands House is an elegant-meets-homey mansion with a private yard nestled in enchanted forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue features several rooms for dining and dancing, a wet bar, a large kitchen, two changing rooms, an elegant staircase perfect for grand entrances. A brick pathway leads from the house to the lawn. There, you’ll find a ceremony area on one side and on the other, space large enough for guests to dine and play yard games. The lawn is surrounded by trees and hedges, creating intimacy for your upscale backyard party. Tables and chairs are provided. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes the Highlands House an extraordinarily customizable venue. The Highlands House can host up to 200 people in the peak season (April – October) and 100 during the winter season (November – March). This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.

With a maximum capacity of 180 people, Hakone Estate and Gardens offers both indoor and uncovered outdoor settings. The overall feel of the 18 acres private venue is classy and outdoorsy. Wheelchair accessible venue offers nearby parking for its guests. Event planning services are also available by Hakone Estate and Gardens to help couples plan a day that they can remember for the rest of their lives. The 1929 California Mission Revival style structure was built for the SJWC and designed by the notable architectural firm of Wolfe & Higgins. It includes many tiled features created by famed ceramicist Albert Solon. The Historic Venue provides in-kind donation of lowered cost rental of the SJWC to local community and arts groups for fund-raising events, performances and meetings. Rent the entire Historic Landmark Venue for your event, you and up to 350 guests have the use of the entire facility including the Landmark ballroom, tea room, kitchen and fireside room.
