It’s hard to find the words to properly express how much my (now) husband and I enjoyed working with Shamecha and her amazing team. We’ve actually tried thinking of other ways we could possibly work with her again, as our calls and meetings brought so much excitement. From beginning to end, the planning process was extremely pleasant and our wedding day so special. The weather the day of left much to be desired, but there was such a sense of calm knowing everything was in such capable hands. Shamecha’s attention to detail is unparalleled, she is incredibly organized, and the absolute best at what she does. She works with the finest vendors and connected us with such creative, talented individuals. I don’t know how we could’ve done it without Ruban bleu, and would HIGHLY recommend her planning services to any future brides/grooms!

We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. I would be absolutely lost without Brenda and Jackie. No matter what anyone says, weddings are STRESSFUL to plan. It's hard keeping up with all of the contracts, schedules, payments, important questions for vendors, etc. These ladies kept it as simple as possible for me through both the planning process and THE most important day of my life! Any questions I had, they were only a text or phone call away and would always answer quickly. The day of they would check on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They made sure all was well with the vendors and everything went smoothly and to this day I still have no idea if there was any issues that came up! Thanks so much for everything you two. She checks in monthly leading up to your day, and although she is incredibly busy, she’ll always make time for you within reason :) She handles communication with your vendors month of, and provides the most beautifully detailed timeline which immediately helped with my anxiety. Victoria is tiny but MIGHTY. On the actual day of our wedding, she wrangled the groomsmen and was able to keep us on time even with some delays on my end. She quickly jumped in to fix my dress when I was getting it on, helped me bustle my dress after the ceremony was done. She checked in on us throughout our wedding to remind us of our timeline and just make sure we were okay. If anything did go wrong during our day, I had no idea because Victoria likely fixed it immediately. My husband and I cannot share enough gratitude when it comes to Victoria. Our experience with Dani and her assistant Pangie was nothing short of phenomenal!! First of all, their team took us on as clients 1 week before our wedding when our previous coordinator unexpectedly fell through. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to work with Bash and Bumble from Day 1. Incredibly organized, excellent communication, beyond personable. Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Olivia is AMAZING for so many reasons! Olivia helped us find our perfect venue because she listened and asked questions to help us figure out what we truly wanted. She was incredible at staying on task with the budget and timelines. She was perfect day of, helping both keep me calm and making sure all of the details were attended to.
