I am a self-taught home baker and proud mother of one. My journey began as a paralegal, but everything changed when I baked and decorated my first cake in 2014 for Ella's 4th birthday. Hollingworth Candies was founded by Margaret Carlson in 1982. She started making English toffee one pound at a time in her home kitchen, along with her neighbor, and selling candy at small craft shows. Our toffees are still made by hand using the highest quality creamery butter, pure chocolate and fresh nuts.
