The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Originally constructed in 1859 from handmade bricks, this timeless chapel has laid witness to countless partners taking their first steps as a married couple. The 1859 is ideal for both large and smaller, more intimate weddings, hosting up to 90 guests. As you enter through the chapel’s large 8 ft. door, couples and guests are met by a stunning and welcoming room. This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.
