West Sixth NuLu has 2 dedicated event spaces we designed to be the perfect blank canvas for your rehearsal dinners, weddings, engagement parties, & receptions on the second floor of our Louisville taproom. In addition to the private restrooms and bar, we have an additional space that can be joined in tandem with our event hall. Founded in 1905 by Ben Schrader and a group of local tavern owners and grocers, the original Falls City was formed to fight a big beer takeover in Louisville. In 1906, Otto Doerr was hired as our first brew master and our beer soon began appearing in local taverns. Shortly thereafter, a bottling plant was added and Falls City became one of the most popular breweries in Louisville, KY. The Falls City Beer Taproom in the NuLu neighborhood recently underwent transformation as PARLOUR steps in for a collaborative restaurant venture. The partnership highlights the shared commitment to quality and community between Falls City Beer and PARLOUR.
