All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking.

Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please understand we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. “We had a 40th birthday party at the Grange and the venue was just perfect. So spacious and beautiful. The MNC was super easy to work with and was able to put us in touch with a bunch of vendors to come and help (like a casino night card dealers, bartender, photo booth, DJ, Trolley bus for rides home afterwards for everyone, etc.). The event was perfect. The staff was super accommodating and helpful getting tables and chairs organized and it ended up being a party of a lifetime… which is exactly what we were hoping for. I can’t say enough good things about our decision to choose the Grange for a venue!”
