Barns and Bins was absolutely amazing to work with! They answered all questions up front they helped with anything we asked too. We needed some extra greenery for decorating and they even went and cut some for us. Alaina is excellent about responding quickly to any messages and she almost always picks up the phone when I call. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue for any wedding or special event.

The Orchards Event Venue was the perfect location for our wedding in December 2022! Cynthia and her team helped every step of the way to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. This venue is extremely gorgeous and took our breath away the first time we saw it in person, and there are many options for ceremony and reception locations. The weather on our wedding day was cold and rainy, and even in those conditions the venue sparkled with beauty. Do yourself a favor and book this once-in-a-lifetime venue!

Raylene is so gorgeous! I can't believe this family was able to create an entire venue out of basically nothing! If you don't know, they were already I the business for like a decade before they built this, so they are just an unbelievable wealth of information. They have supplies to choose from for different decor styles right there at the venue (saved us so much money), and they're so friendly. You absolutely have to see the furnishings in the bridal suite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The Greenhouse Venue is clean, has great natural light, climate control and is in a great location. The Owner has great communication with responses in a timely manner. For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Had our wedding at this venue Summer of 2024. The owner was a sweetheart and walked us around each of the event spaces before we chose this one. He was clear on us not needing to have event insurance or a bartender as long as we kept the available alcohol to a minimum. Can use all our own vendors for food and entertainment. Awesome pricing compared to other local event spaces. The issue we ran into was with the assistant. She kept pushing us to purchase vent insurance; emailed and called several times about it. To the point where it almost seemed like it was "policy" to purchase it. BUT IT ISNT. But because of the persistent calling/nagging about the event insurance (less than 80 people total mind you) we ended up purchasing it to please her and stop all the questions. Waisted the 100 dollars. The event space was beautiful; and everything was awesome the day of the wedding. We just wanted there to be less nagging about purchasing stuff that we did not have to purchase. We were managing a tight budget with our wedding; and the pressure to buy stuff we didn't have to have was annoying and upsetting. The owner made it seem like no big deal and that it was totally up to us if we wanted to hire out a bartender/ insurance. The assistant asked about it EVERY TIME WE TALKED; always "hey just reminding you about the event insurance" and every time I would ask if it was now required to get it. She would say not but then would give all the reasons to have it. Even when a family member made a payment on the venue (helped us cover half the cost) she got a email back about the alcohol policy and event insurance. Resulting in further confusion and upset. Didn't seem like she was gonna stop until she had it her way. When it comes to wedding planning you are already balancing several things; last thing you want to do is deal with a assistant who keep pushing you to buy something; acting as if you HAVE to when you DONT. Still; the best day of our lives. Wouldn't change a thing about the day of. Just wish she would have not added to the stress leading up to it.

Ya'll, I don't think our wedding could have been more perfect than it was at WaterVue at Brooks Street! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has a magnificent deck overlooking the water, which is especially beautiful during sunset! There is a grand bar in the center of the venue, which all of our guests obviously loved :) The Mr. & Mrs. table, cake table, DJ stand were all perfectly placed and our day-of-event coordinator decorated the venue so pretty that it exceeded all of our expectations. The bridal suite and groom's room were a nice retreat for us while we got ready before the ceremony and of course, the fact that they allow dogs to be there seems too good to be true, but it isn't! If I could give 10/5 stars, I would! Massive thanks to Tiffany, John and Sarah for coordinating and managing our event. We couldn't be any happier!

Azalea Cove Waterside is located on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama. We have great indoor spaces that can comfortably seat more than 60 for an after-rehearsal dinner and the main building can handle about 100. Outside are several covered pavilions, all with great views of the water and surrounding gardens and forest. There is plenty of room in a covered pavilion and around the swimming pools for a reception for about 300. We include tables & chairs but couples can choose their own caterer, florist, photographer, bartender, etc. for maximum flexibility though our on site wedding designer can assist and handle rentals if desired.
