Delray 817 is a warehouse venue built in 1903, located in the Historic Haymarket in Lincon Nebraska. Our venue can host private and public events with seated guests up to 325 and cocktail guests up to 695. We look forward to helping you plan your event!

Ironhorse Event Room is a unique space located in the Haymarket of Lincoln, Nebraska. Originally built in 1909 and occupied by Carter Transfer & Storage. It was later used by Lincoln Hide & Fur Company until renovations in 1993. Ironhorse is filled with original industrial and historic details.

Roca Berry Farm is owned by the growing Schaefer family and we have been harvesting memories since 1980. What started as a small pumpkin and berry farm has grown to a local tourist attraction and must-see entertainment destination for families throughout southeast Nebraska. Through the years as the success of the farm grew, Roca Berry Farm evolved to feature Roca Scary Farm at night, building a following among teens and adults who chase after the thrill of haunted houses and Halloween-season horror.

First opened in 1933, the historic Royal Grove is a storied part of Lincoln's live music history. Located just 3 minutes north of downtown Lincoln and the University of Nebraska, the Royal Grove hosts live-events year round. This one-of-a-kind venue is also available to rent for private events.
