The Apothecary Lofts and Ridnour Room are three absolutely gorgeous venues nestled inside the Apothecary Building at 140 N. 8th Street, in the heart of Lincoln's Historic Haymarket District. Our quality and affordability are what set us apart from everyone else. We are proud to be the ONLY 1st Class facilities who provide you with the flexibility to select any caterer to fit your taste and budget. We also offer the option for you to self-cater your special occasion (including bringing in your own alcohol) at no additional cost! All three venues are provided with elegant round tables and beautiful chairs. Each facility will be set up according to your instructions and our Event Coordinator will assist you with all the details to ensure your event is exactly as you envision.

The Ridnour Room

Together We Make History

The Ridnour Room comes complete with a dance floor and built in DJ booth, LED lighting with the ability to choose your own colored setting, a large caterers kitchen with adjacent serving room for a double buffet-line dinner set up, a centralized beverage area with a beautiful granite bar top and commercial stainless steel refrigerator, a sound system with wireless microphone, and the set-up and tear down of the tables and chairs needed for the event.

The North Apothecary Loft

The North Apothecary Loft graces the north half of The Apothecary Building’s fifth floor, in the heart of Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District. The North Apothecary Loft is offered on a unique basis—we do NOT bundle the food and beverage with the room, which is often found in other venues. When booking an event in the North Apothecary Loft, you receive complete control over the food and beverage catering—thus allowing you to save thousands of dollars compared to other venues.

The North Apothecary Loft is equipped with a full-size kitchen, a large great room with gas fireplace, beautiful brick walls, open ceiling with exposed wooden beams, a built in sound system, 18x15 foot dance floor and a 750 square foot bedroom suite with a king size bed, Whirlpool tub and double sink vanity. The North Apothecary Loft even has a two-story library, piano, and LCD projector.

The South Apothecary Loft (Suite 501) graces the south half of the fifth floor of The Apothecary Building, in the heart of Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District. The South Apothecary Loft is offered on a unique basis—where we do NOT bundle the food and beverage with the room. When you book an event in the South Apothecary Loft, you will receive complete control over the food and beverage catering—thus allowing you to save thousands of dollars compared to other venues.
