The constant and detailed communication with Amanda and her team throughout the planning process was very helpful and we appreciated their recommendations and guidance on set up, event flow, and popular menu and bar choices. The food was beautiful and elegant, tasted amazing, and we even received multiple comments that ours was the "best wedding food" our wedding guests had ever had! “Kristin with Hausfrau Catering did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s wedding at Balla Cloiche Vineyards. The food and service were beyond expectation. The appetizers at cocktail hour were great, particularly the mini crab cakes (even made gluten free due to some allergies). There were about 90 guests and everything went very smoothly, from the plated salad and soup courses, then main course stations set up with beef, poultry, seafood choices, as well as a vegan option for a couple of guests. Dessert shooters were delicious. The rentals (tables, place settings, etc) were great and communication and flexibility were exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Hausfrau for any catering needs.”
