I am a fine art photographer living in the United States. I am currently based in Florida and have a studio in Tampa, FL. I was born in Cuba but moved to Orlando with my large family in '97. I started my photography in 2015 but have been involved with being on both sides of the lens and learning photography since 2011. I grew to love photography as a kid. I got my first point and shoot camera at 12 years old, and I spent my time capturing images of hummingbirds. Once I had my daughter, I gained the courage to start doing photography as a business!

Hello, I am Alexis Reeves and I am excited that you are here! Photography is and has been my passion for 15 years! Yes, 15 years! I am so grateful that God has entrusted me with capturing irreplaceable moments. I absolutely love being a photographer. I have had the honor of capturing weddings for celebrities and to travel with a client for a destination wedding in Jamaica. My goal for my clients is to provide a complete photography experience from initial contact to becoming my forever client. I shoot my sessions and events with integrity, bubbly personality and great pride.

I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.

We work with the average human, not models, and through prompting, and just sort of watching you (god that feels creepy to say), we'll craft gorgeous images that feel like you. I'm not interested in making images that look standard, or that don't tell a story, that's the whole point of hiring a photographer right? To be able to tell your wedding day story.
