Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more!
