Situated on 326 acres, Middleburg is located in Huger, South Carolina along the banks of the East Branch of the Cooper River. The property features ample green space for private events, in addition to river access, trails, wildlife viewing, and recreation. The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20 guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

The Exchange is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. It is situated just 15 minutes away from Isle of Palms and sits adjacent to the Wando River. Established in January of 2019, The Exchange provides a refined, inviting place for couples to celebrate the beginning of their lives together. With a number of amenities available on-site, alongside available guest services, this venue offers an inclusive, elegantly designed setting for wedding events.

Litchfield Country Club is a beautiful and relaxed venue with lush lawns and gorgeous old oak trees and flowers that change year round. Located beside the Noisette Creek at Holy City Brewing, The Porter Room offers a unique venue unlike any other in the Charleston area. The marsh-view side of the building features glass, retractable doors that span the length of the building and open up to a beautiful, private lawn. On the other side of the building, sliding glass doors open up to a large patio area that has the option to be tented. This space is fully equipped with an open dance floor, surround sound speakers, a catering kitchen, and a full bar with up to 8 Holy City Craft taps. The venue provides all bar glassware as well as table and chair seating for up to 100 guests at no additional cost. Just 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and walking distance to Park Circle’s restaurants, bars and shops, this beautifully versatile marsh front location provides the perfect setting for your special day.

The location for High Wire Distilling is as unique as the spirits—a rustic 23,000-square-foot warehouse located on Huger Street. Spacious with a vintage industrial feel, the Production Area features a 22ft high, barreled ceiling and a beautiful, hand-hammered, copper still as a focal point. High Wire’s Tasting Room boasts industrial features with a large viewing window into the production area. Visitors may also receive a sensory education about the distilling process, ingredients, and formula creation.
