Situated on 326 acres, Middleburg is located in Huger, South Carolina along the banks of the East Branch of the Cooper River. The property features ample green space for private events, in addition to river access, trails, wildlife viewing, and recreation. Middleburg can accommodate weddings up to 300 guests. The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20+ guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

The Kersey House, located in historic downtown Summerville, South Carolina, is a beautifully renovated wedding venue that dates back to circa 1912. It is owned and operated by Nico Romo, one of only 66 French master chefs in the country and the only one residing in South Carolina. As you enter the venue, you will be welcomed by two spacious southern verandas, along with a tribute to the Kersey family. The four grand parlor rooms feature original heart pine floors, stunning fireplaces, and small tributes to each family member. The venue also boasts an expansive ballroom and a large courtyard adorned with azaleas and hydrangeas, creating an intimate urban oasis. Custom tenting options are available for versatile use of the outdoor spaces, regardless of the weather.

The Exchange is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. It is situated just 15 minutes away from Isle of Palms and sits adjacent to the Wando River. Established in January of 2019, The Exchange provides a refined, inviting place for couples to celebrate the beginning of their lives together. Litchfield Country Club is a beautiful and relaxed venue with lush lawns and gorgeous old oak trees and flowers that change year round. The Club House has a double staircase, balcony with inviting rocking chairs and 6000 square feet of great room with fireplace and candles, private bar, dining room with 2 walls of windows and a ballroom that is ready to go!

Located beside the Noisette Creek at Holy City Brewing, The Porter Room offers a unique venue unlike any other in the Charleston area. The marsh-view side of the building features glass, retractable doors that span the length of the building and open up to a beautiful, private lawn. On the other side of the building, sliding glass doors open up to a large patio area that has the option to be tented. This space is fully equipped with an open dance floor, surround sound speakers, a catering kitchen, and a full bar with up to 8 Holy City Craft taps. The venue provides all bar glassware as well as table and chair seating for up to 100 guests at no additional cost. We can host events up to 60 without a dance floor and 50 guest with a dance floor. Tables and Chairs are included. We provide several options to make your event flow easily from decor, party rentals, balloons and custom party items we can make your event a success. No need to shop around for vendors. Just bring your guests and enjoy your event. We have a wide variety of vendors we work with from catering, bartenders, DJ's and bakers all with amazing customer service!

The location for High Wire Distilling is as unique as the spirits—a rustic 23,000-square-foot warehouse located on Huger Street. Spacious with a vintage industrial feel, the Production Area features a 22ft high, barreled ceiling and a beautiful, hand-hammered, copper still as a focal point. High Wire’s Tasting Room boasts industrial features with a large viewing window into the production area. Visitors may also receive a sensory education about the distilling process, ingredients, and formula creation.
