BLDG39 is a historic and industrial chic style wedding venue with modern accents located in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. The venue includes free parking available and a 30 x 30 seasonal tent. Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history within its walls. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 120 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space under the tent increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (venue + tent).

Threes at Franklin + Kent is our bar and event space in the heart of Greenpoint. The street level venue features wall-to-wall windows with stained glass detailing, a warm, spacious environment, and a wide variety of Threes beers on draft. The built-in sound system can be tailored for playlists, DJs, and full bands alike.
