I am originally from Texas, but consider Georgia home since I've been living here for nearly 30 years. I have one son that is my world. We both enjoy antiquing and visiting historic landmarks. I've had a camera in hand as far back as I can remember. I began shooting detail photos at events I helped setup at my family business (Off Broad Rentals & Design in Winder) and by assisting other professional photographers.

After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom. As fate would have it, that business lead me to grow my baking skills and I later combined that with my desire to create fine art and started Gingerspice Bakery. My love for photography started at a young age in my small hometown outside of Pittsburgh.
