Like some it started with a little camera originally to capture our children as they went on field trips, vacations, and other documentations of life. I quickly began venturing into photographing other families and children. A very good friend of mine invited me to shoot her wedding. This was something I haven't quite thought about doing but was super excited for the Opportunity since I was exploring my different options at the time. When I tell you I fell in love! I really did! I mean that would be such an understatement!! I knew at that point that becoming a Wedding Photographer was what I'd be.

I am the owner and head photographer of Lu's Lens Photography. I do 95% of the work with the exception of the occasional 2nd photographer or editor. And hey, I know how to run a business, too! I graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelors in Business, but there's no teaching an eye for photography - I see the moment before it even happens.
