The Cornealius Properties was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, quick, and consistent, which made the planning process so much easier. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a romantic and spacious atmosphere that was perfect for our special day. The Lafayette House was an added bonus, providing a wonderful space for our families to gather before and after the ceremony. The staff had the venue set up exactly as we requested and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Hardwood floors offer a refined platform for the newlyweds to have a memorable first dance. The dark tones of wood and exposed brick help to create a warm and cozy experience. The Washington Civic Center has plenty of room for over 200 guests. The venue offers a two-day package for weddings which opens up endless opportunities for a personalized celebration. The Farm at 95

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

The Farm at 95 was probably one of our favorite vendors at our wedding. Not only is the location beautiful but Rachel, the General Manager, went above and beyond for us. Our experience working with her was so easy and stress free. She was very helpful during our wedding and even caught a detail I missed and helped us fix it in the moment. Again the venue is beautiful but there also is so many great features you can utilize as well. The dressing rooms with the private bathrooms were perfect for us getting ready (1 bride, 5 maid of honors, 2 mothers and the makeup artist and hair stylist). I also loved how we had so much flexibility you have for where you do the ceremony. You have the option of the outdoor gazebo for your ceremony (which we ended up using) but you also could have your ceremony inside. Our reception was all done in the banquet hall/outdoor patio. We had a live band and the setup was perfect as there is a nice stage in the banquet hall. We had about 200 people and there was more than enough space. I also will mention the parking lot is more than big enough (parking is something I find very important). Overall we loved working with Rachel and truly had an unforgettable night. She did as much as she could to ensure we had a wonderful time. I don't know where else you could find such wonderful venue that is beautiful with a lot of great features and with someone who cares as much as Rachel!
