The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. The Norman D. Banquet Hall has a rich history of being part of our area’s special days and fun times. From its beginnings over 40 years ago as the Knights of Columbus Hall, meeting place and bingo hall. Three years ago, when thinking of selling the hall Robert Dille was approached by a decorator expressing an interest to buy a part of the hall. Ceremony only rental includes a two hour rental, an indoor rain location, 45 minute rehearsal, ceremony chairs, time for photos on the grounds, guest parking and admission- as well as staff to assist in the coordination of the ceremony. Evening Reception and Ceremony: Receptions at the Holden Arboretum are held after the arboretum closes to the public and can start as early as 6pm and end as late as 11:00 pm.

We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee.
