NICE TO MEET YOU! We are Lexi and Stephen, the creators of Hitch & Hop. Our story begins when we started dating in February of 2020, right before the world came to a halt. After too much Netflix and one too many puzzles, we both decided a change of scenery would be great and headed to Colorado Springs for a month. In between the perfect weather and beautiful hikes, we saw a mobile bar service—a novelty for us—and thought it would be an exciting way to test our joint entrepreneurial interest. We found an old horse trailer in need of some love, spent nights and weekends shaping it up, and now can celebrate over drinks with you.

Welcome. Chef Jason started out in the kitchen at 15 years old as a dishwasher at Red Lobster washing dishes and baking. From there, he worked many cook’s lines until I earned my first chef position under Emeril Lagasse over ten years ago. He's went on to operating casino kitchens, private dining clubs. Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.

Growing up I have always been a person whose enjoyed great food. My aunt would always take me to 5-star restaurants in Beverly Hills. I never thought I would turn out to be a great cook, but my friends always seems to enjoy it. I met my husband in college and he played football, his favorite thing in the world was food. We now have three children and my favorite pass time is creating a great cuisine full of flavor. Growing up in California by way of Louisiana, Mexican, Soul Food, and Southern Cuisine are my most valued dishes.

She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015. Chef Bre is an experienced and talented personal chef with a broad range of cuisine specialties to share in a variety of venues.
