Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events. Rotherwood Events is unique as it can accommodate and customize events that are traditional, casual, or both all in one place.

With an open layout surrounded by walls of original windows, our vision was to keep a nod to the origins of the building while accommodating up to 350 people in a fresh, elevated, yet industrial space. With two different event spaces to choose from, La Brasa offers the flexibility to host weddings of many sizes. The Fountain Hall & Patio boast a more intimate experience, perfect for a ceremony or bridal shower. The Grand Hall at La Brasa is the perfect place to host your wedding reception, with a full bar and dining room accommodating up to 300 seated guests. Our Fountain Hall & Patio can be added onto the Grand Hall or used as a separate venue for wedding ceremonies and more intimate gatherings.
