Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities.
