They were very easy to work with, so when the site for the rehearsal dinner required a caterer, we asked them to step in at the last minute, and when we decided to do a day-after brunch they also were our last-minute go-to. We couldn't have been happier. The catering for the rehearsal dinner was great. They were there on time, and the food was hot and delicious. The staff stayed throughout the meal, did the clean-up, and were very cordial. The reception dinner was perfect. Again, the food was ready on time and was excellent.
