My wife and I combined my passion for event planning, with his love for everything sweet, to bring you the yummy goodness that is Scoops and Sweets. Founded by a practicing health attorney, Frost 321 is named to reflect the revolutionary process of freezing at -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Frost 321 creates the best-tasting ice creams, sorbets, and cocktails in the most enchanting way possible. Not only is the taste impeccable, but the experience is unforgettable.
