“ Best reception food ever” was the text message I got from my sister in law. My guests and I were all very pleased with the food. We selected the appetizers (cheese tray with crackers, fruit tray, Jamaican Jerk meatballs, and Buffalo hot wings). Our entrees were (Cajun chicken Alfredo, 7 layered lasagna, creole shrimp & sausage pasta, green beans, salad and bread sticks). We booked Queenie’s through Zola and we are very pleased with the service we received. Terri the owner was very nice and professional. She served my husband and I on our wedding day to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Queenie’s to other couples.

We were married 2 weeks ago and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Late to the Lake was the perfect wedding caterer for our special day! From the moment we first reached out, they were a great listener, quick to respond, attentive, caring, and friendly. Their communication style put us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was nothing short of perfection - the food they served was outstanding, memorable, and absolutely delicious! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special, even creating a custom menu just for us. Additionally, they paid extreme attention to detail for our guests with severe allergies, ensuring everyone was able to fully enjoy the meal. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience and are so grateful to Late to the Lake for helping make our wedding day truly unforgettable. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you Alicia and Team!

The Crain Experience

5.0

  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Houston, TX for additional fees

Welcome. Chef Jason started out in the kitchen at 15 years old as a dishwasher at Red Lobster washing dishes and baking. From there, he worked many cook’s lines until I earned my first chef position under Emeril Lagasse over ten years ago. He's went on to operating casino kitchens, private dining clubs. Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.

The Crain Experience was so amazing and easy to work with! Anytime I had questions they were so quick to get back to me. The food was delicious, the drinks were phenomenal, and the staff/bartenders were easygoing, professional, and personable. I could not recommend them more!
