Our venue is located in rural North Carolina is the newest and largest in the area. We offer space for approximately 450 guests for expos and conferences, about 300 guests for weddings and formal events, and for outdoor events and concerts we can accommodate over 600 guests. We have a variety of locations on the property available for your special events, in addition to the Barn. Our patios, views, and outdoor pavilion, in an idyllic setting – just outside the city limits, are the perfect backdrop for your wedding or special event. We can host weddings, concerts, formal military events, corporate events, unit functions, and any of your special celebrations. Since 2015, our brewery has been the perfect backdrop for hundreds of events including weddings, charity events, corporate functions, business networking and social celebrations! Ironclad Brewery is located in an historic building dating back to 1925 in Downtown Wilmington. The building was completely renovated in 2014, but we've maintained much of the character and integrity of the original building. Our brewers hand forge a wide range of craft beer and hard seltzers, using only the best ingredients available. In addition to our craft beer and seltzer creations, we also serve cider, wine, and spirits. ​

The Taproom at Front Street Brewery is located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, NC, on the third floor of the city's first brewery. The venue is rustic yet elegant, with affordable rates and a friendly and professional staff. Chef-curated catering services are provided in house, as well as private bartending services.

The Lucas Farm was originally an 1875 tobacco farm. It has been transformed into a picturesque estate nestled in nearly 500 acres of longleaf pine stands. The farm features a refurbished farm house where the bride and bridal party get ready, a bar shed, caterers kitchen, climate controlled barn featuring the original wood inside, a new barn that can be used as the plan or rain backup plan, a lovely pecan orchard for outdoor ceremony and a refurbished schoolhouse for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. The venue can seat as many as 200 guests. The Lucas Farm has a serene and relaxed atmosphere.

Here you can host cocktail hour with granite top bars cocktail tables & lawn games or add a tent for additional guest space. Our ceremony site overlooks a pond with water feature & ceremony seating set to your specific needs. Inside you will find an expansive ballroom with 14 foot ceilings, farm tables & chiavari chairs. La Esperanza-Ranch is a family owned farm located in rural Delco, just thirty minutes from Wilmington, and a short drive from Leland, NC. Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'.
