I began my filmmaking journey twenty years ago in middle school, making silly videos with my friends in the backyards of Indiana. Somewhere along the way I got a chance to film a wedding and I haven't looked back since.

In 2018, my talented wife Chelsea started on an exciting journey and founded our business specializing in lifestyle family photography. During those early days, I helped in various capacities managing the technical aspects and handling the accounting side of the business. As time went on, Chelsea's success in photography inspired us to broaden our horizons. In 2021, we made the decision to incorporate videography into our offerings, leading us to become Raising Arrows Photography + Film!

I was born and raised in New Orleans. I spent practically all of my life there until Hurricane Katrina forced me to leave. Since then, I've been chasing new highs by seeing new places and attending as many concerts as humanly possible. My love of storytelling definitely comes from different places, cultures and music!

Akiem has built a young and successful career as a content creator in the professional sports industry. He has worked with respectable brands including, USA Hockey, USA Soccer, NFL Flag, RISE and more. Hi I'm Andrew! I first started filming weddings when my sister got married in 2017. I quickly fell in love with the entire process and getting to know all the couples and their guests. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic haha (My guilty pleasure is Hallmark movies, once I walk in the room with it on I have to see how it ends!).

We are a husband + wife duo, parents of 3 little boys and are award-winning documentary filmmakers. It all began in Minneapolis as we signed our marriage and business license in 2014. Since then, we recently relocated to Indianapolis and have filmed over 100 weddings all across the United States!

This is my third year shooting weddings and I have more fun with it each year. I'm here to capture a genuine reflection of one of the most special days of your life. My end goal is to deliver a timeless product that you will enjoy forever.

I love getting to know unique couples that have fallen head-over-heels for each other; I like re-telling that story through video, using interview clips from the couple themselves, as well as toasts, vows, and letters (if they have written some to exchange).
