“Henry was by far one of our favorite vendors for our wedding. Hands down! Our wedding planning coordinated our first meeting, and I was really impressed (pun intended) with some of the sample videos of his that we viewed prior to our first conversation. I was also so excited to learn that he was Haitian like me! It made me feel that much more confident that we'd have someone who would handle our cultural nuances with care. From the first conversation, Henry was attentive, personable, and super professional. He was also great about breaking down payments into manageable chunks, and understanding if or when we were not immediately responsive to an inquiry or email (we were juggling a lot during the wedding planning process!) His questionnaires got us really talking and thinking about our vision for the big day and helped us hone in on what we wanted to highlight. Meeting Henry in person on the big day was like seeing an old friend for the first time in a while. I didn't feel insecure or nervous about his presence or the cameras rolling.... a little too comfortable because I remember at least one instance when I did something on film that was less than bridal lol, and he was kind enough to not use that footage! He was great with my family, and everyone was able to communicate with him freely in English and Creole. I only wish there was another event I could hire him for, he was such a pleasure to work with!
