Lifepoint Chapel was built shortly after the end of the Civil War in 1869, and its earliest features have endured: 19th-century windows, white pine flooring, ornamental ceilings, and even the original church bell! This chapel seats 120 guests, along with beautiful amenities for your wedding party. We believe it’s not just about the wedding, but about the legacy your marriage will create. When you rent the entire facility you'll have complete privacy and connection with your closest family and friends. Stone Chalet is only available for weddings under 100. The spaces at Stone Chalet are very flexible and each wedding party has shown us how creative people can be with the use of all the spaces. The Circ Bar and Root is a gorgeous dual venue that offers an experience unlike anything else. It has rich history dating back to the 1850's where it was most likely the first brewery in Ann Arbor. Guests often begin their day enjoying the open air with a ceremony on our Roof Deck. Our Lounge, with its large windows overlooking the Roof Deck, sets the perfect scene for cocktail hour. From there, guests move into the main bar, Circ, to enjoy dinner. This space has a 30ft wrap-around bar, built-in stage, and plenty of exposed wood and brick. Once dinner wraps up, guests are in for a treat since the rest of the evening takes place in what some call, "Ann Arbor's best kept secret." Guests head downstairs to Root's stunning caverns to finish off the night with dancing, drinks, and dessert!

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
