Located in the heart of Collinsville, Illinois, Gateway Convention Center provides 11 different event spaces that can be used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and more! Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive, in-house caterer at Gateway Convention Center. Although we do not allow outside food and beverage, we do make exceptions for wedding cakes. The St Louis Carousel is a wonderfully unique place in which to hold your special event. Our 2400 square foot gallery will seat 200 guests for a sit down dinner, 250 guests for a standing cocktail reception or 125 guests in a classroom setting. Out spacious patio is also available and holds 350 guests. The patio is perfect for an outdoor wedding or for cocktails and greeting guests. Parking is plentiful and the building is ADA accessible. All special event rentals include two staff members who will operate the Carousel during the contracted time.

Our venue is nestled on 36 acres and features 2 ponds with fountains. The building was once an airplane hangar - during your event the large door can be opened for an indoor/outdoor experience. The property boasts 2 bridal suites, a man cave with a bar, pool table, & theater room as well as a home that will sleep 17 and a seasonal pool.
