Welcome to laid-back luxury! As a full-service facility, we do it all: setup, tear down, catering, and bar. Don’t stress trying to coordinate your event with multiple vendors. We work with you one-on-one to see your vision through.

I have been djing for over 15 years. I've been to many venues that offer different things for many occasions. In my years of service to the Great Falls area. I've come quite fond of the GFIA event center, due to its success in offering a full service for events. Mainly for me has been weddings, with the occasional school dances, Christmas parties, fundraisers and even birthday parties to name a few. Providing amazing food, drinks, and hospitality. The professionalism the staff presents made it all even easier to have my own personal wedding held at the venue for both ceremony and reception. If you happen to be looking into a place that can accommodate a large crowd, who provides delicious food and drinks, and will also go above and beyond to make sure your event is to the best as you envisioned it. Then your search is over. You found it!

Sky Oro

5.0

Bozeman, MT
  • Up to 50 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $1,000

Sky Oro is the perfect space for your wedding celebration. Great for groups of up to 50, this is the ideal place to host your intimate wedding reception, your elopement celebration, the welcome party for all of your loved ones traveling to your Bozeman, Montana wedding, or any other aspect of your special celebration! Amenities include: kitchenette wine/champagne glasses wifi screen and projector for a slideshow microwave oven full fridge toaster oven dishwasher dishes/cutlery outlets throughout the space ground floor entrance with patio access ample parking bathrooms wheelchair accessible Sky Oro is one of Bozeman's most unique and intentional spaces, it was designed to bring women together in celebration and deep community.

When I began to plan my wedding from the other side of the country- all aspects and sites unseen- I knew a couple things for sure.. One being that I would be relying heavily on the vendors I chose for accurate descriptions and assistance, and the other being that I needed to keep my planning as simple as possible- being that I wouldn’t see anything until the day I got married. I think that I browsed every single Bozeman wedding venue online until I came across Sky Oro. The concept was simple- a gorgeous, open floor plan furnished meeting space with an amazingly scenic back drop. I immediately messaged Amanda for for information and set up a call. She was heaven sent! She sent us additional videos and photos of her space and answered the countless questions that I had. I knew that I had found my reception space! Being that Sky Oro is already furnished and decorated beautifully- I really didn’t have to do anything else for the reception other than rent a few tables and bring flowers. It turned out beautifully! My reception consisted of about 40 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit, chat, eat, and for some dancing. The cannery district water tower that sat above the patio that the Sky Oro glass doors open to- was such a cool touch that all of our guests loved! Not to mention- the venue is located just minutes from downtown Bozeman and from beautiful mountain scenery. I am extremely thankful that I found this wonderful space for our big day. I would absolutely recommend this space to any bride that is looking for a gorgeous event space that needs minimal planning or additions to it. The space is unique, has indoor and outdoor options and is owned by incredible and helpful women for anything you may need.

The Copper K Barn

5.0

Whitehall, MT
  • Up to 280 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $5,000

The Copper K Barn is a beautiful barn that was built in the late 1800's for mining and was later used by my family for ranching. For a few months out of the year it is able to be transformed into a beautiful venue that offers people a majestic and spiritual atmosphere to celebrate love and life under God's prime Montana sky.

As a caterer I have catered many events out at the Copper K Barn. It is one of my favorite places to cater weddings. The barn is great for small and large events and the grounds are beautiful as well as the views. When it came time to book my daughter's wedding there was no question that we would book with Lacee at the Copper K. The barn and the area surrounding the barn made a beautiful backdrop for pictures and we had plenty of room for our guests. Quite a few of the guests were able to take advantage of the camping, as well as close by airbnds. Lacee is so easy to work with and makes sure that you have what you need to make your event perfect. She has a great list of vendors that do numerous events each year out at the barn, which makes it wonderful for making your day special. I would definitely recommend booking your wedding at the Copper K, you will not be disappointed!

We planned a destination wedding in Montana and Rockin TJ ranch took care of everything. They helped us pick vendors and were really great with budgeting. The wedding planner (Kristin) came with the wedding package. She was awesome and Teresa the owner is on top of everything. The chef was also really great and food was SO good. They made wedding planning easy. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the views are incredible. I would get married here again in a heartbeat.

The Woodlands

5.0

Bozeman, MT
  • Up to 175 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor

A lush, wooded, wedding venue in the mountains of Montana. Relax into a gorgeous setting and celebrate the moments that build beautiful bonds. Discover breathtaking views with soft filtered light, a spacious reception hall, and a dreamy bridal dressing loft. Ask us about full-service options, flexible packages, and find supportive experiences with our wedding experts. This is a magical place where lifetimes begin, love blossoms, hearts expand, lights twinkle, and laughter rings!

My husband and I took our first vacation to Whitefish and absolutely fell in love with Montana on that trip. When we got engaged and started planning our wedding we had family & friends flying from all over that we thought we'd do it there to show them the beautiful state. We came out to visit venues in Whitefish & Bozeman and found a couple that we liked but nothing that we LOVED. I stumbled across The Woodlands when we were back home, we did a virtual tour with Elsa and immediately booked it sight unseen until the week of the wedding. When we finally saw it in person we were stunned at how much more beautiful it was in person. The drive in from downtown is absolutely gorgeous, you pull up to the venue and you're surrounded by trees. The Greatroom where we had our reception was meticulously maintained and updated, the dressing rooms were adorable and so spacious for all of the bridal party, everything just really made sense. Elsa & Jaslin were great to work with, I think Meaghan was our day of manager who was amazing and easy to work with. Everything just flowed so well. Great vendors really make a great wedding and you will not go wrong booking the Woodlands, and take it from us you can even do it sight unseen and be stoked. All of our guests voted our wedding one of the best, with a venue that was unlike any other they've been to. Thank you for everything!
