The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

The Barn at Reeves Farm is the perfect location for any wedding ceremony/reception. It’s location near St. George, SC makes it a convenient site for guests in the Charleston/Summerville area, just 4 miles from exit 77 of of I-95. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.

Located beside the Noisette Creek at Holy City Brewing, The Porter Room offers a unique venue unlike any other in the Charleston area. The marsh-view side of the building features glass, retractable doors that span the length of the building and open up to a beautiful, private lawn. On the other side of the building, sliding glass doors open up to a large patio area that has the option to be tented. This space is fully equipped with an open dance floor, surround sound speakers, a catering kitchen, and a full bar with up to 8 Holy City Craft taps. The venue provides all bar glassware as well as table and chair seating for up to 100 guests at no additional cost. The Back Barn is our unique rustic farm setting – perfect for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, team-building activities, and any event you want to be memorable. Our unique renovated grain silo, attached to a refurbished dairy barn circa 1950, features tall ceilings, rustic wood accents and an open plan. As day turns to dusk, the barn comes alive with a magical ambiance and the perfect setting for an unforgettable experience.
